Terms of Service
Effective date: July 20, 2026 · Last updated: July 20, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using CoCommissioner, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
CoCommissioner provides tools for fantasy leagues to organize draft-position selection, voting, dues, membership, governance, and league history. The service is intended to support league administration and participation; it does not provide gambling, financial, legal, or professional advice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. CoCommissioner accounts are required to create and administer leagues. League members may participate without an account where the service allows it. You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your location.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse CoCommissioner, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, violate applicable laws, or use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
League content and responsibilities
You and your league are responsible for the names, ballot questions, punishments, votes, dues records, and other content or decisions entered into CoCommissioner. Commissioners are responsible for administering their leagues and using league data appropriately. CoCommissioner does not verify the fairness, accuracy, legality, or enforceability of league decisions.
Third-party services
CoCommissioner relies on third-party services, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for optional sign-in, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for notification delivery. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of CoCommissioner at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date.
Termination
You may stop using CoCommissioner at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the service is at risk, or we are required to do so by law. Termination does not remove obligations that should survive, including limitations of liability and dispute provisions.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
CoCommissioner is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoCommissioner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Governing law
TODO: Add the governing state or country and applicable venue before public launch. Until this section is completed, no specific jurisdiction is represented by these terms.
