Privacy Policy

Overview

CoCommissioner helps fantasy leagues coordinate draft-position selection, voting, dues, membership, league settings, and season history. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the public website, create an account, or participate in a league.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your account display name, email address, password credentials managed through our authentication provider, and league information you create or enter. League information may include league names, manager names, draft selections, ballots, votes, dues status, governance settings, and other league activity.

When you choose Google Sign-In, Google may provide your name, email address, and profile picture. CoCommissioner uses that information to create and maintain your CoCommissioner account and display your account identity. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail, or other Google account content.

We may also process technical information needed to operate the service, including session cookies, browser storage used to remember a selected league member on a device, and basic service logs used for reliability and security.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure CoCommissioner, authenticate accounts, provide league tools, preserve league activity, send requested draft-position notifications, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate CoCommissioner. Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure. Vercel may provide website hosting. Google provides the optional Google Sign-In service. Resend may deliver league-notification emails when notifications are enabled. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to CoCommissioner.

League information is visible to people who have access to that league through CoCommissioner. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

Google API Services Limited Use

CoCommissioner's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the account sign-in experience described in this policy, is not sold, and is not used for advertising or unrelated profiling.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and league information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain league records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting help@co-commissioner.com. Deleting an account may not remove league history that other league members rely on; where appropriate, we will delete or de-identify information while preserving necessary records.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access controls and service-provider security features. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect your account credentials.
